"I love my apartment! I love how unique they look compared to other apartment complexes. My apartment is great! The maintenance man is probably the nicest man I have met and is there for any issues. The woman in the office is so sweet as well. She is there for me when I have questions and was great with helping me with the application process. I am so happy to be here! My neighbors have been great. I locked myself out twice, and they called the after hours people to let me back in. Those guys had me verify I was the resident, and that made me feel safe. This is a great place! The ONLY thing I don't like is the key fobs. They don't always work, especially when it is cold."

"Had a tour scheduled and we walked in to get the tour. We were greeted by the extremely rude and unpleasant manager who yelled at us because we couldn’t get a tour due to their system not working. She offered no help or solutions, so we didn’t even get a tour and we walked out."

"The maintenance staff is very friendly and always quick to resolve issues. The complex manager on the other hand, is rude and unwilling to help. The fobs for the doors do not work and it takes at minimum a month to receive an actual key for your front door. You will also be charged an additional fee for this, even though you pay a $100 deposit for 2 fobs that don’t work. Myself and multiple neighbors have had issues with our doors coming open while we are not home if using the fob. The apartment manager doesn’t seem to understand this is a safety concern. Her advice to me was to leave my sliding door unlocked, in case the key breaks off in my door. I will not be doing that for obvious reasons."

"I just moved into a studio apartment here. The only reason I’m even giving it two stars is because I love the actual apartment. Everything that is along with it…..different story. There was so much dirt, so many dead bugs, dust, hair along the baseboards, the smell is awful, worst of all, it’s INFESTED WITH MICE!!!! There were mouse droppings EVERYWHERE when I moved in. When speaking to the office about it they said it had sat vacant for quite awhile and there probably weren’t any still in my apartment but they went ahead and put two little sticky traps down. Well, my poor cat and I have hardly slept since last Saturday when we moved in because all we can hear are mice crawling and scratching through the walls. I haven’t even unpacked my boxes at all because I don’t want them all over my stuff. So here it is, Sunday morning at 6am, I work ten 10-11 hour shifts straight and I’m right in the middle of those 10 days and I’m exhausted and can hardly function at work because of these damn mice. I’m so upset because I really love the apartment but I can’t do this and I’ve only been here a week!!!! It’s been a nightmare since the first night I stayed here a week ago. All of the dead bugs, mouse droppings, silverfish(alive)…..My parents came over and the three of us spent an entire day scrubbing the whole place. Only to find it’s INFESTED!!!"

"The swimming pool is still not open !! It's July People! Summer will be over soon! Peak living needs to be honest about if they really want to deal with a pool? I wonder sometimes? I was told by the office that the City has not come to inspect it! I totally understand but the pool should have been ready for inspection back in May !"
