"I wish I could give no stars. This place is horrible. My son and his girlfriend lives in these apartments and their ac has been broke for over a week. The leasing office has done nothing to help make the situation easier. No window unit, no offer of a different unit just basically saying to deal with it. It is over 90 degrees in his unit currently."

"The pool is only open weekdays until 4 or 5. The machines in the laundry facility are very unreliable but there is a nice laundromat right down the street. Speed limit is 5mph but residents speed through all the time, run the stop sign ( I've nearly been T-boned at least a dozen times) and families of a dozen young children let them roam the neighborhood by themselves and they’re so loud, running through breezeways and screaming outside my building. Rent increases a lot without proper notice or reasoning. Mine has increased at least 3 times since I moved in about 8 years ago. The young children around here often block the streets just standing around like they own the street and cuss like it's natural. Drug deals are frequent in the neighborhood and cannabis users target the less populated parking lots to park and get high which is fine when they’re not blaring their gangsta rap for all to hear. No one who visits current residents seems to know how to park in one of the many parking spaces provided, they will just opt to block you in, park on the lines or park way too close to the vehicle you work so hard to keep and maintain. You can report issues to management but it doesn't get you far as residents will continue to violet the rules when management is gone during evenings and weekends. The office manager isn’t very reliable. You never know if she’s in the office or when she’ll be back as she comes n goes when she pleases so the given office hours or the sign on the door that reads “Office Open” or “Will Be Back At such n such time” means nothing. Pros: The maintenance man is real friendly and the parking lots are well lit at night. UPDATE: 2019 the pool is now closed for good because kids keep throwing rocks in it and now you get charged $25 for any maintenance orders. Does rent decrease to accommodate for these unfair changes? NOPE!"

"I visited these apartments due to my fiance living here. DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS. Maintenance take there time with anything they do. They basicly only get it done when they feel like it. The managment (Mis.Walker) is rude as can be. She writes false warnings to people and kicks them out just because she favors certain Tenants that live there. If you want to live in a apartment complex that you get offered drugs at least once a week this is the place for you especially if your favorite sent is weed. Trust me dont move here you will hate it."

"The Pool, laundry room, animal poop issues or cig. Butts , cars vandalized and apartment break ins added to higher renters insurance and the list of car thrifts are ongoing unresolved problems with no change insight . But it all cost money to resolve. Right. Owners"

"I am looking for an apt, I droved there in weeekend.. the houses looks very beautiful But I call and call no one ever pick up, I don’t even know why they have phone number when they won’t pick up. Leave a voice massage a week no call.. wow not good we’ll just look somewhere else"
