Altitude 970

"Nice facility with a great pool, hot tub, gas grills, two tv's, fire pit, hammocks and putting green. Most items normally work although tv's in pool area seldom if ever do and the firepit (which was great) hasn't worked since early Nov 2023 (reported multiple times). Could do a better job dumping trash and wiping down granite countertops near grills but good amenities overall in pool area when they work. Some pet owners don't pickup after their pets which nomally ends up with terse letters going out to everyone including those that have no pets which is ignorant....they have cameras so see who's doing it and address it with them! Other then that mgmt is pretty easygoing, friendly and attentive. Clubhouse has many nice amenities including a nice large gym, ping pong and pool table, theater, game room, outdoor sitting area and grill. There are other grill areas around the property and an enclosed pet area, pet wash (in my building and I assume ofhers as well) plus bike storage. Overall it's a nice place to live just wish they would fix the fire pit while it's still "in season". Floors seem non insulated as can hear neighbor above better then we would prefer but they do seem to walk quite hard so may happen anywhere."

"I enjoyed living here. The apartments are architecturally pleasing with wide hallways, great views, and lots of light. The community is very well designed. The neighbors are nice. There is a nice pool, hot tub, BBQ, clubhouse, also well designed. My friends were always impressed when I brought them over. There is a nice bridge over a creek and wooded area which leads to a walkable shopping area with places to eat and coffee shops. Good school district. Great location. The property management team is professional and responsive. Jen and Tasha are especially standout property managers with a friendly professional attitude and excellent customer service. The management team was responsive and prompt when it came to maintenance. The only suggestions I have for improvement is the process for paying the last month's rent is needlessly confusing and a bit of a hassle. There were also two cars stolen in the year I was there, but these seem like isolated incidents, and the neighborhood itself and the surrounding is very safe, family oriented and upscale. I felt very safe there. Still, I think the apartment complex could be more vigilant about who they let come on the property. I see lots of friends of friends of friends using the pool and other facilities, and could consider beefing up security. Overall though, excellent experience. I would say Altitude is probably the best apartment complex in Kansas City."

"I have truly enjoyed living here at Altitude 970. The convivence of the location is great. The community is always clean and well kept. It is very peaceful and inviting. The office and maintenance staff are quick to jump on any issues. The assistant manager Gaby is awesome, she is very helpful and bubbly! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to move."

"I really enjoyed staying here. The apartments are super nice, the walking trails are outstanding. I loved the dog park .the dog washes in every building are really handy.Really loved my little yard for my dog. The clubhouse and pool are super nice. Staff and maintenance were outstanding."

"I have rented out an appartme recently and its so nice and clean. Awesome thing is there are good restaurants and stores on walking distance. Chase and I do not remember her name, the leasing manager was so nice and helpful. Chase was a great help moving thing fast to get the deal closed. Business center and fitness center are good."
