"Updated 3/23/2022 - My review is now in reverse order now and I have increased the rating to 4 of 5 since my experiences have been much more positive as of late. The maintenance staff overall is very attentive. The good things have superseded the 2 very poor occurrences that I experienced and reported very early in my tenancy here, I only have good things to report now! The maintenance team (... if I were just rating this team, they would get a 5 out of 5 now...) has exceeded expectations on a couple occasions; For example, today, the manager dropped by before he left for the day to make sure they remembered to lock up after replacing some equipment in the basement. On another occasion I had an electrical failure, and he was able to assess the issue and repair it within a couple hours... around February 2022 - There's a nice variety of floor plans. Overall pleasant neighborhood. around May 2021 - I have lived here for 2.5 months now and it is has been disappointing. It is also conflicting as to what the root of the issue is as some have provided such favorable reviews. Seemingly it is related to the staff. In my experience, the staff is mixed bag of very friendly to unprofessional. If an appliance runs but is in poor condition, you can forget a repair or replacement until it just quits working. Assuming that it will then be replaced when they get around to it, and that it will be replaced with something in good condition. Additionally, if the previous tenants didn't complain about an issue, that is justification to ignore the issue."

"We sold our home April 2021 and needed a sizeable house for our family of 5 while our new home is being built. We are on our 10th month here and I have to say my experience at Falcon Falls is top notch. The front office staff went out of their way to help us get the size of house we needed while trying to time it with our home sale. The maintenance staff is friendly, quick and attentive to our needs. We are in a new build that always has small kinks to work out so we have had plenty of experience with their staff to know how great of a team they are. While most everything else was very minor fixes, they went out of their way to help us with a dishwasher repair so that we didn't have to wait for a part. With today's uncontrollable shortages on everything I was very impressed. They are now working with us because the construction of our new house is way over schedule (more shortages on everything). They have been very empathetic to our needs and have alleviated our worries on this front. We came here on a referred from other friends that had built and had construction delays as well. They expressed the same sentiment that I am now. Another great feature is the pool for the home renters side which is large, always clean and never overcrowded. The gym is well equipped and most times you are working out by yourself. I never leave reviews on anything but felt compelled here based on my experience."

"Lived here in a two bedroom apt. for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The office folks are friendly, the maintenance staff is great, and they have a decent website for rent payment/maintenance work orders etc.. We did a pretty good job of getting things cleaned when we moved out and got all by $75 dollars of the deposit back. I'm sure there we're some things that needed touched up after two years, so that doesn't bother me. disagree with the person who says they don't care about apt folks, never had a problem. they have google fiber which is a plus."
