"Where do I begin? I lived there from 12/2021 to 1/2024. The first year and a half Block managed the complex, then Prism took over in June 2023. I have to say, Sherry was great. She really seemed to care about the tenants and you could tell she was frustrated at the constant problems with the building. We did go about 8 months with a broken security door in the lower level parking lot. The elevator was a huge issue until Prism took over. I’m disabled and cannot do stairs. Sherry always made sure to check on me if the elevator was down. I was shocked to get the notice of the rent increase for my next 14 months. My rent went from $1060 to $1635. I was going to be charged for a remodeled apartment but, my apartment was not going to be remodeled. I don’t care what anybody says, but I think $1635 for a 1 bedroom is just too much. I had no problem with my apartment as it was, but not for that much rent. I can’t really recommend moving there because there really aren’t any amenities (except a less than average little gym)., and, of course, the high rental rates. I would say go look at them if you think you might like it. Sherry will take care of you. And Alvin, the Head of Maintenance is really good too. He, by himself, was probably the best maintenance guy I’ve ever had in all my years of renting."

"Love how spacious the apartments are here and the real hardwood floors are a huge bonus! Parking garage next door and walkable to everything in the shopping center. You can tell the neighbors take a sense of ownership, it’s clean and well kept!"

"I could not ask for a better place to live Paula in the front is the most awesome person that you will meet when you come in to rent Luiz is an amazing person who does an astounding job with maintenance around here his knowledge and skill are impeccable and the neighbors here are without doubt the best you could ask for I have never lived in such a fun place and would recommend it with six stars if I could thank you everybody at the Dixon and zona Rosa such a fun and fulfilling place"
