"After trying via phone over the last three weeks to get ahold of Cynthia, I have been unable to get her on the phone to answer questions. I have received a number of emails from her though, about houses that are listed on multiple websites such as Trulia and Zillow, and including her own, all at different prices with different availability dates. She has requested via email a full application, SSN, Bank Account information, car loan information etc before even showing me the property. She refused to provide a rental agreement. Upon calling Fort Leavenworth’s housing office and asking about this agency, I was informed that she is on their “watch” list for similar behaviors and interactions. She lacks professionalism and will be reported to the board of ethics for review."
