"The staff memeber at check in was sweet and the hotel was quite peaceful all around for my night. The room was clean and there was a welcome message on the television as I got in. The only thing that got an eyebrow raise from me was the Christmas music playing in March but certainly not a thing to consider an issue."

"Stayed here labor day weekend September 2023 and this hotel has the friendliest staff. I cannot recall the name of the lady at the front desk, but she was sweet. I believe she used to work at another property, but this one looked WAY nicer and was more affordable. The rooms are all updated and very clean. It's quiet there with plenty of parking. I'll prob stay here again for labor day weekend 2024."

"My son attends school here in Leavenworth and since we are from Texas, we stay here frequently. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are always nice and clean and we have never had a bad experience. If you are coming for University of Saint Mary sports, let them know, because they have a better rate."

"I am not disappointed with this hotel because the front desk support was exceptional during my stay, but some improvements are needed. We were here on a business trip, but all of us were in a different hotel in the area. I was bad luck to get an EV rental, and this hotel doesn't have power stations to charge my EV, while other hotels in the area have them. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. The pillows are very soft and can't support the head. I am trying to understand why so many Hilton hotels still use them. It is great for decoration but not practical. The power outlets are worn out that barely holding the plug. It is time for replacement with USB ports. The gym is small, and the equipment is sufficient. Hot breakfast is limited but is very good."

"This is a great little hotel. Staff is very friendly and it is clean. We came to visit family that is stationed here and we're very happy with out stay. Good Breakfast and cookies in the afternoon. Heated pool so friendly for families."
