"Nice place for Leavenworth. Comfortable. Nice sitting areas and grills all around hotel. Things to do outside of your room with fitness center and indoor pool. Lots of dining, entertainment, and shopping outside of establishment."

"Good hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. Melinda, in housekeeping, is fantastic. She is nice and went out of her way to accommodate us. We rented an EV and were concerned about charging it. It worked out very for us. There were 2 pedestal charges. Each charger had a Tesla charger and a charger for other cars, so 4 cars could be charging at once. There was only one other car there while we were there, and it worked out fine for us."

"Check in was easy and the man working the front desk was friendly and helpful. It seemed to be a nice location with lots of things to do in the immediate area. The room needed a lot of work. The toilet bubbled during and after my shower, I was worried it might leak so I put towels down just incase. The wallpaper beside the shower was peeling off the wall. The shower pressure was horrible, way too hard and I tried multiple different settings which just made it worse. There was hair in the shower before I even got in. They could really do a better job cleaning and just maintaining the room. After my shower I cancelled my next stay and decided to find a new hotel, I stay in the area about once a month but I want to be comfortable and clean so I will not stay here again."

"Definitely a comfortable stay! Stayed here with 4 kiddos and all of them kept saying how well they slept. Worth the money 100%. I would not choose to stay elsewhere in Leavenworth after our experience here. We kept coming back and will continue to do so. Very friendly staff, very clean facility and a great breakfast selection. For being rated a 2-star hotel they well deserve the 5 star review. Thanks for "leaven" worth in Leavenworth :)"
