If your staying for a day a week a month a year give them a try. Bern itself is a small quiet town the city park is just down the street and it has ample places for the kids to play. The city and park make you feel like you're a resident and a friend."

"My children and I stayed here for nearly a week and I highly recommend it. The on-site attendant was helpful and very kind. The campsite is pet friendly and located not a block from the city ballfields and neat updated city park. The nightly rate was more than competitive compared to other full hookups in the area! Locally there is much to see and do in Bern. If you don't mind a quick drive you'll also find great towns just 15 minutes east, north, and south, respectively. All the nearby towns have cute shops, good food, inviting bars, family focused aquatic facilities with waterslides and splash parks; as well as a half dozen city parks to explore. Wilson Rentals RV Park is well maintained and welcoming. I loved the small town feel as my children played and I was able to relax and truly enjoy vacation."
