"If i could give this company and its counterparts a negative review, i absolutely would! In 2024-23, the communication was non-existent, and only the day i was being canceled did i receive notification thru the office that their underwriters needed more information on a new truck. Due to training, the insurance lapsed and information were not turned in, costing me an additional $250 frpm my insurance company!! Absolutly trash the underwriters will ask for things over and over again! If ypur thinking about using Aaa for your insurance needs, go somewhere else! Never again will i trust Aaa for anything!!"
"Don't use this dump insurance company they ruined our lives when we were hit by an uninsured motorist arrest. If you doubt this Google and read they deny everybody's claim and fight them in court if you are hit by an uninsured motorist."

Recently, we had a potential issue arise with a trip we had been planning for over a year and Claudia went out of her way to help us get things taken care of. "It wouldnt let me leave 0 stars so ill just say it was the worst last 5 years of my life. Started at 100 bucks a month. Today I was inspired by my hatred for jack k. my now ex agent and made the calls only to find a insurance policy thats going be almost $100 cheaper every month. My premiums steadily get raised every 6 months instead of lowered even though I have only had 1 speeding ticket 2.5 years ago and my policy at renewal went from $100 a month to $130ish a month. Ok I accept it I messed up I got a ticket but then I added my daughter to my policy about 6 months ago, 2 years after the ticlet. The Premium was raised $237. Upon renewal this time it's now $282 a month yet nothing has changed in last 6 months. Upon calling Jack K about the nearly $50 increase. I was told the increase in the premium was due to my old almost fallen off ticket and a rate increase in the state of Kansas yet my son also has a policy with Jack that he was told the day we signed him up on his own policy now that he is 19 years old it would be $143 yet 30 days later and since then the bill has remained at $175 he also lives in Kansas and is up for renewal on the same day as me yet his insurance was not subjected to the new rate increase. Honestly I was happiest at Allstate they never did me wrong they dropped my fees every 6 months I started at 1 car liability at $104 got 10 or so ticlets and 10 years later had 2 cars on liability for $67 a month... the only reason I had to leave was because I went through a divorce and they had to separate my husband and my policy which made me a brand new driver because I was only a driver on his policy and he was the policy holder so then it made my insurance on my new vehicle go through the roof so they recommended I use someone else for a short period of time until I fell out of their computer and they could re input my information without me popping up as a previous client. Due to my laziness and hatred for being on the phone for hours I lacked the will to be making phone calls to find a new insurance company although I tried a few times and my phone was flooded with phone calls from people wanting to give me quotes at all the wrong times of the day when I could not take phone calls or was busy with something else so that was annoying I blocked them all and never switched however today seeing the bill went up 50 bucks inspired me just a little bit and needless to say I have a new policy and it is not what AAA I would not recommend anyone going there the discounts are not worth it unless you have them memorized and know exactly where you're going and what you're doing at all times and have your card with you. Not to mention you can't have AAA insurance without AAA roadside even though I'm offered roadside assistance through my car lot that I'm buying my car from I was forced to purchase this separately. But now with my new policy roadside is included and for me my daughter and the supposedly Kansas rate increase and my ticket that's two and a half years old we found a policy today that now makes my monthly payment $202.00. So if you're looking for an insurance agent you can smell the alcohol pouring out of his pores oh and let me not forget an agent that will talk bad about you to your own daughter, an agent whose secretary has a snotty attitude and does not like doing her job to call people without leaving a snarky message on their answering machine because God forbid you have to take time out of your day to call me your client.. well then AAA and Jack is the place you want to go... if not go anywhere else in the world I guarantee you'll be better off. Thats all folks! Goodluck and jack...well BYE FELICIA were out of here and taking all my kids policies with me!"
"Worst experience ever called them to cancel my automatic bill pay from my checking account and the person i spoke to told me it was done and went through all the steps for the new payment plan but the following month i was still charged on my checking account i called them and told them about there mistake and they basically told me it was my fault for not writing that agent's name down and that there's nothing they can do about it i told them i will go to another insurance company if they did not fix it but Lynda Tyler my now ex agent could care less if i stayed with them or not . How hard is it to fix a simple refund and to send me a paper bill this branch is ridiculous"
