"I used their app to order parts for pickup. The acknowledgement email said to bring the email that would be sent when the order was resdy. After 3 hours I had not received an email saying that the order was ready. I called the store and they said they were busy, but would prepare my order next and send the required email. Two hours later I still had not received the required email and called again. They said the order was ready and I didn't need the email. DON'T use the app for pickup orders. It's a waste of time. Just go to the store."

Nathaniel B greeted me checked my engine light Jeremiah P came through with a bundled deal I overlooked and Thomas the store manager ensured that I was happy before leaving now that’s what I call customer service. "I went here to add 2 quarts of oilfrom the oil change done at Walmart. It seams they always short the oil change forgetting its 8.5 quarts oil for a 5.3 v8 engine. I just buy 2 quarts of the full synthetic oil, when the dummy light comes on. And a can of brake-kleen just in case they don't have a funnel. The store is kept quite clean, and the employees are very nice and helpful. That was a nice experience. I would definitely come back.if I needed to pick up a portable hand saw from harbor Frieght"
