"A nice newer house, but needs more thought. Bedrooms are good sized, lots of flatware, covered decks are great. Location was removed enough to be quiet but still a quick drive to attractions. Dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags provided, but no dish scrubbers. Living room only seats 7 and there is room for at least a couple more chairs. Pots and pans are all nonstick and completely trashed. Cooking utensils are either half melted or look like leftovers from catered meals. There was also no extra bedding for the futons so a member of our group had to go buy a mattress pad and extra blankets. The only extra blankets around were the throw blankets and I’m guessing they don’t get washed after each guest based on the dried green glob of toothpaste I spotted as soon as I walked in to our bedroom. A bunch of the pillows also didn’t have pillow cases or protective covers. Overall, it’s a nice place, but for the holiday price that was paid, there are definitely improvements to make."

"We had an amazing time while staying here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house had three different levels. Which had around 8 or 9 bedrooms…coulda been more. Each room I think had its on personal bedroom so no one had to share other than you and your mate. It was around about 20 of us and no one was bumping into each other than when we were in kitchen area but it was nice and spacious as well. The view was beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend coming with family and friends you won’t be disappointed."

"Owners are friendly and very easy to work with. Our guest list was changing quite a bit and they were very accommodating to our need for service animals. The house is beautiful!! Great views of the lake!! Not far from anywhere we wanted to be in Branson. The kids loved the pool table and game room. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a great experience!!!"

"Best place to have a family gathering. Enough room for every single person. We had a great time. The handicap room was a great thing. I'm in a wheelchair, it's so hard to find a house that is actually handicap acsessable. We loved it all. We're definitely going to rebook next year! Thanks for the great stay! Highly recommend it to anyone. Also they had enough plates, drink wear, etc for everyone. They had nice cooking items. Not cheap!"

"This was the most amazing house very clean theater system game room a deck on every level top deck overlooks the lake you will not be disappointed. Would recommend this home to anyone the beds were comfortable and even a fridge and dishwasher downstairs. Best stay ever!!!!"
