"We loved staying at the Pineapple Bungalow. We were looking for a place to spend a long weekend with our two sons and their families. Pineapple Bungalow was perfect. Great atmosphere, extremely clean, stocked kitchen, great amenities (hot tub, fire pit, and gas grill), proximity to the pools and pickle ball courts. We had a wonderful time and made memories. Great place to stay for a getaway."

"We recently stayed in the Pineapple Bungalow. We had an amazing stay. From the moment I booked out stay the staff at Branson Family retreats addressed all our questions about the house, resort and the area prior to our visit. I initially had concerns about the location but it was very easy to get to the attractions Branson has to offer especially Silver Dollar City. The house had all of the things we needed to make our family meals. The beds gave us amazing nights of sleep. The pool and activities at the resort gave us a full day of fun in the sun. Our family has members that range in ages from toddlers to elderly grandparents. We hope to find time to visit again and will recommend to others."

"Perfect Getaway! Although the house is in an active development (some houses to the left being constructed), we received a fair discount to stay since EVERYWHERE else was booked. We found the home beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable!! We loved the cozy family room, warm fireplace and fuzzy throws as we had a holiday movie marathon. We were rained out of our visit to Silver Dollar City but we hardly noticed as we enjoyed the covered hot tub and fire table outside. The bedrooms had excellent linens and the softest pillows, we all slept great. We will definitely be back. **Thanks for the tip to reserve Chef Anna for our private dinner at the Bungalow (this lady has won on Chopped and watching her do her thing was great entertainment for our girls as well as super yummy, she even made her award winning crepes!!!!)."

"We recently vacationed at this property. While the house itself was acceptable on the inside, the location itself was terrible. The house was literally in the middle of a full blown construction site with port-o-lets immediately outside our front door, trucks taking up all our parking spaces, and huge piles of dirt and excavators and bulldozers 4 yards off the back patio. While we were aware that there were still houses under construction in the neighborhood, the full extent of the construction and inconvenience was not disclosed by the manager of Branson Family Retreats. There were no privacy curtains at all in the kitchen/dining area and we had construction workers there every single day from 7 am until after 5 staring into our house. We did not feel secure and we could not enjoy the patio at all. One morning we had workmen set up ladders ON OUR PATIO while we were sitting there. When confronted they said they were installing some fans and running cable. If they were going to be ON the property we rented, wouldn't you think we would have been told this? Or at the very least, shouldn't they have knocked on the door and explained their presence. I expressed my concern to the manager, who was there when we arrived, but nothing was done about the parking situation or the port-o-lets. Since this is a busy time of year, there were no other options for us and we have traveled from several parts of the country to meet up for this trip. Upon our return, I once again reached out to the manager of Branson Family Retreats via email and sent pictures of how bad our situation was. She seemed to care less and was unwilling to give us any compensation or even any apology. Based on this experience, I would NOT ever consider renting through Branson Family Retreats again. It was evident to me that they do not care about fixing issues during your stay, nor do they care that they were errant in their disclosure of the status of this property prior to renting. Had we known about the extent of construction and lack of privacy, we would never have agreed to rent here. Below are a few pictures taken off the back patio and out of the front door. I feel like we were taken advantage because given what we found upon arrival, this place was not at all ready to be rented and enjoyed to the full extent."
