"My wife Jacque and I went to make our final arrangements for our recent trip to Cancun, MX. at the Springfield, MO office. Jacque had been communicating with Shannon through emails. When we met with Shannon at the office she was absolutely fantastic to work with. We live in the Joplin area so she got us flights out of Springfield and we flew back into Springfield, just a short 55 minute drive home. We stayed at the RIU Palace Kukulkan.
