"Everyone has been super helpful, and gone beyond without being asked which hasn’t been my experience with many other doctors in town. We were referred by our son’s pediatrician when he was 3 weeks. The nurse triaged the symptoms with us and the pediatrician to save us a visit. She recommended booking at 6 months old since the issue may clear on its own. Everyone was nice and the exam was fun for the baby since she used toys and other kid friendly items to assist with his exam. We were given options for further treatment and all expected costs before we left. When the issue did resolve on its own, when I called to cancel the receptionist double checked his chart right then that there was no other need for follow up. Most physicians offices make us wait for a call back from the nurse so I appreciated them being mindful of our time. If any of our kids have eye or vision issues again we will be back!"
