"I love this office and all of the employees so much. You get great service from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They are great with communicating with you if there is any delays or anything. Specifically Dr.White is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor for my pregnancy/postpartum period. Cassandra is also wonderful always found the babys heartbeat very quick which eased my nerves each time. Overall everyone is extremely nice and takes patient care very seriously."

"After reading the reviews on long waits and not so nice staff I was a little apprehensive about my appt today. Because of those reviews I decided I must give my review and thank them for great service today! The office although going through slight construction was clean and neat. The staff greeted and welcomed me when I walked in. My interaction with all of the office staff was very pleasant and very professional. My wait time was less than 15 min before being called back. My visit with medical staff again was very pleasant and very informative. I was walking out of the office by 10:38 and that's after making my next appt. I'm not a fan of the drive but they have an office closer to home and will keep them as one of my medical providers. Thank you again!"

"Arrived on time for my appointment. Waited almost an hour and still never saw the doctor. Asked for a refund. Nurses didn't seem concerned for the patient treatment at all. They responded as if me asking what's taking so long was an inconvenience for them. People take time from their busy work schedules to make these appointments. Never given any update. The worst obgyn I've ever been to. Bjc is an awful hospital. Go to SSM health or anywhere else where they care for their patients."

"I have had only positive experiences with Drs. Rutledge, White, Lucco, and Gray-Swain. During a very difficult time for me, the entire staff was understanding and caring. I have the pleasure of also working with each of the doctors in the OR at BJH and they are all dedicated and prudent surgeons as well as clinicians. They are highly thought-of around the OR by all the staff, which is not the case for every surgeon out there. I chose Dr. Rutledge for a reason, and I strongly recommend her and her partners. I had a sterilization procedure about a month ago and my recovery has been easy and well-supported by all parties."

"I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. White. I switched to her from another doctor's office and the care I received was beyond exceptional. She never rushed my appointments and always spent time with me. She never made me feel dumb or annoying for asking questions and I had a ton of them! She was always proactive in explaining what my next appointment would include and what I could expect in the coming weeks. Another thing I loved is that she always asked for consent before touching me and explained procedures. I have never had a doctor show so much care for me. The only bad thing I have to say now is that I'm going to miss her until my next well woman visit lol!!"
