He gives us hugs when we come in and asks about our family. Going to his office feels more like visiting friends than going in to a medical office. And they really take their time to make sure you're getting real care. I walk out of the office feeling like I have a brand new back. They use a tens unit, heated towels, a mini biofreeze massage, and then they "shake" you with a machine to really get your muscles nice and relaxed before your adjustment.
