"I have never been so disrespected by a medical professional. I was essentially told I was "too depressed" to be worth treating, and told to go away and come back in 6 months when I was better. I was given no guidance or referrals for alternative help, just shown the door. My psychiatrist who referred me to Dr. Charles Conway was equally confused by this decision, and I never received a proper explanation since all my interactions with Chuck were through a middleman. The middleman was totally uninformed, and he himself didn't understand why I was being rejected. Any time I asked questions, he just said that he couldn't explain since he was just relaying Chuck's decision."

"Many of the staff members are rude and don't seem to be considered with bring polite mostly staff members are snappy ànd just rude on the phone . If you have a family member I recommend not having them evaluated by this hospital . They make it hard once a member is admitted to get released . Even making things up to make a completely religious lady devout christian and say she is a threat when should would never harm a soul . I do not recommend this place if a family member is there be sure to transfer to a more professional hospital"

"I’ve been without a phone for a month. I called to verify the time of my appointment and the rep misinformed me and listed an appointment time 4 hours beyond my actual appointment. This has happened on at least 2 other occasions. And call center staff are just plain rude and lack etiquette. It’s hard when I have a complex work schedule to get the care I need when I show up and everyone is looking at me like I purposely missed my appointment. I also don’t like having a new psychiatrist every 9 months. By the time I’m accustomed to receiving care by a particular physician they’re rotated out and I get someone new. Also when reassignments occur I request a woman due to the nature of my diagnosis and I’m always told I can’t be guaranteed one until I’m actually in the clinic. Then I play the waiting game hoping I get what I’ve requested. Me and insurance will be seeking services elsewhere."
