"Phone service has the most awful wait time and then once I got someone they were rude and put me on hold with another number that just basically rung nonstop until I hung up after 10 minutes. Basically if you need mental help don’t call here they will make it worse."

"I find the rating system for doctors to be horrible, Seeing as unlike everywhere else doctors cannot legally respond. I have had 1 appointment here and everyone was great. Was looked at quickly had blood drawn and got to pee is a little cup."
"My boyfriend went there to get blood drawn, they took four vials of blood And on the fourth vile the lady took the rubber band off the arm and jab the needle all the way through the blood vein out the other side of the skin causing a little rupture and a lot of swelling and a lot of blood inside the skin very Sore to the touch and swollen! When we called to make sure that his arm is going to be OK, the nurse who drew the blood out talked to him and wouldn’t acknowledge her mistake, not listening to what he was saying, repeating herself that she only poked him once, and she whispered that part on the phone! Don’t go there, she was nice when he went in, but after the call she was rude."
