"This place is great and really helps with your consoling needs.i highly recommend this treatment center over any other bc the staff are great and will help you with whatever you need and are there for you no matter what."
"I came to this clinic for about a month and the medicine really helped me. I haven’t gone for the last couple weeks because my husband had surgery on his knee and we haven’t been able to make it back up there since that surgery last week. I would like to start going again but to the st Charles county location. They said I need some transfer paperwork. Is that something that can be mailed to me and my husband or do I need to come pick it up? My name is Kathleen carter and my husband is Leonard brown. I would prefer the paperwork being emailed to me and my husband if possible please let me know what I need to do to come back to new seasons different location."
"Been clean since 2007 and simply trying to stay that way and I can’t even get a call returned let alone an appointment then evaluation, etc even though PDMP shows my prior prescribed dose, told I’d be started at 30mg/ day regardless of 120mg/day history (yeah I was around when 40mg wafers were made). But alas there is definitely legitimate reason to be cautious with this drug in particular. UPDATE: got a call from John, the program director, and he has me coming in at 5AM this morning (Monday), shortly after showing up this morning obviously there is always new patient intake work to be done but they got everything done as quickly as possible, then got me dosed for the day and turned around…. If I had ONE complaint, it would be that I was loosely informed when I was dosed that “if I had received my dose LITERALLY 15 MINUTES earlier, then I’d have been able to get an extra 5mg in 3 hours”…. I mean come on now, 15 minutes with the half life that I know to exist on methadone… give me a break, ESPECIALLY when I’m at such a standard yet low starting dose. 5mg isn’t much but until they work up to what I know to be necessary, every little bit helps. Other than that little piece of stupidity, overall they did great and the staff was incredibly supportive and sincere!!! -Andrew (Drew) Harris"
"I've been to a lot of clinics (unfortunately) but this is by far one of the best. Like any other place, you'll get back what you put into it. If you want the help, it is here for you. As long as you do what you're supposed to, you shouldn't have any problems. The director, John is always present and seen and approachable, he always takes the time for me and Merie, my counselor, is one of the best I've had. They made my transfer from Las Vegas as easy as possible and I'm glad to be here."
"Great place to start your journey to recovery. It's inexpensive, they take state insurance, and they have A LOT of resources available to help you get back on your feet. This includes employment opportunities for ex felons and/or addicts, extra classes and support groups for specific treatments, housing help, etc. Show up any day M-F except Wednesdays at 5:15am to sign up. You just need your ID and $18 and after some paperwork and talking to the Doctor, you'll receive your first dose that same day. They are very serious about helping you out and getting you on the right dose to stay clean from street drugs. I highly recommend this company if you're tired of the same lifestyle and insecurities that come with addiction. A++"
