"Peronnel were kind. However I was told that my insurance would not cover a device. After two weeks of working with an on-base doctor and tricare I got the device covered for the full 6 weeks that I would need it. It seems unreasonable for a patient to have to go through all the work of getting an approval but the DME supplier had not even tried."
