"The store was very nice and clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was there a total of 30 min which was fantastic because I had a very busy day. They were upfront and knowledgeable about my exam and treatment plan. I loved their glasses selection, it was very easy to pick a new frame. Glasses came in a lot sooner than expected and the quantity seems pretty good so far. I have already recommended them to my family and they now have a lifetime customer."

"I had an appointment 9/14/2023 with Crown Vision in Ballwin. I went in for an exam and glasses. The doctor was on maturity leave so I had a different doctor. I believe her name was Dr. Yifu? She was sensational. Very thorough. Took the time to explain everything. The support staff was equally impressive. Cecily Cintron and Melissa Stellhorn were very attentive to my needs. 3 months later I'm very pleased with the glasses (the frames for exactly what i wanted) and the service. Would highly recommend Crown Vision in Ballwin."

"I've been to many optical stores and I thought that the usual fitting procedure is to ask the customer to sit down, put the new glasses on, read tiny text from a card then the technician looks at how they fit on the nose and around the ears. This did not happen at the Lafayette Center location. The technician handed them to me with both of us standing up and asked me how they were. It could have been because her position at the counter had the day's shipment all laid out for sorting. Anyway, I could see fine but the glasses were loose. She had to tighten them up twice. (Thank you.) I also asked for softer nose pads and she obliged. In the end, they fit okay but they did not sit well on my nose so I fixed that when I got home. I won't name the tech online but she needs some customer care training."
