"As a person who has problematic tissue, I've had 8 biopsies in the past 25 years. This has, by far, been the best experience out of all of them. They are friendly and supportive, and very efficient. I was in for a biopsy and in total it took 40 min. The staff is very easy to talk to, and I feel like I learned more in the 2 visits I've had with them than I have in all the years I've gone through this."

"I have been going here for years and today was not good. Three texts stating masks required. No masks when I walked in. When I requested that the nurse wear one, I was surprised by the attitude but she did it. I said I thought they were required and she told me "they are not required anywhere anymore". That's not true for all of my patient experiences. The process was rough, not usually fun anyway, but not pleasant. A mask request should be handled in a much nicer way. This center is dealing with patients who have/had cancer or other illnesses. Even if no masking is the new approach here, a patient request, regardless of what it is, should be handled with more tact and care."

"I go there every year, the nurses are very nice, the doctor was great too. Nice and profesional women, the office is very clean and nice. With all due respect, the one thing I don’t like is how the ladies at the front desk act, I’m sorry but they are not so nice, my first experience was a couple of years back, the girl was kind of rude, the last couple of times they weren’t rude but they where not very friendly or welcoming, surely they are busy or tired but when I am worried about my health I truly don’t need to feel like they don’t want me there, empathy is the word that comes to mind."
