"I dropped off my son's stool sample and they called me an hour later saying the dropped it and broke it. Not sure how thats possible since it was in PLASTIC vials!! Now I have to do this all over again. When I tried to call them and speak with a supervisor to complain about this, I got a recording that hung up on me. There's no way to speak to an actual person. If you select number six, to speak to a representative, it hangs up on you. I'm very disappointed. This is literally your job, collecting samples and making sure they get to the correct place, and you can't do that properly. No wonder Quest has a 3-star rating on google."

"Understandable wait time of more than 40 mins. Get in finally only to be told my order due date is more than 10 days so they cannot fulfill it! I was told to get it updated and I did and still there was an issue and I had to do the process twice more and waited about her 30 more mins! Almost two hours and still waiting to get blood drawn! Why can’t you have a system in place to tell me this during my wait instead of at the time I was about to get blood drawn!!! Frustrating and time waster!!"
