"I arrived at 3:30 for a 3:30 appointment. I wasn't early, but wasn't late either. I immediately gave my name to the front desk person and signed in. About 10 minutes after arriving and sitting right in front of the front desk, I was asked if my insurance info was the same, then 30 minutes after arrival was called back up and told that because I was 15 minutes late, I could not be seen. I quickly corrected them and told them that I was on time and had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes and watched people that came in after me be get called back before me. Even the person that had a 3:45 appointment with Dr. Veit was called back before me (and they were actually running late). I was told that I still couldn't be seen and would need to reschedule. I really liked this doctor because there are so few that I trust, but because of my busy schedule, sadly I'm going to have to find another one, as this is totally unacceptable and I never even received an apology for THEIR mistake. I was pretty much told, that's just the way it is."
