"This was my THIRD visit in the space of a couple of years and every single time, including today, the wait was between 30 to 40 minutes. They tell you to come in 15 minutes earlier to fill paperwork, but all you do after that is sit and wait as if you had no life. I find this disrespectful of a patient's time and unprofessional.
