"If they forget about you in the changing room it’s ok to stick your head out and remind them you are 1/2 naked and still waiting. If they forget to tell you they have locked lockers for your things it’s ok to remind them that they do. If you ask for a glass of water and they tell you to go out in the hall and buy one it’s ok to insist on a free one. They have water. If they can’t spell your name it’s ok to stand there and respell it numerous times until they do. If they stick you 3 times and still can’t find a vein it’s ok to ask for someone who can."
