"It pains me to write less than favorable reviews. I think Dr. Lusardi is one of the best ENT's out there. My encounter with the staff was inappropriate. You have to leave a message for a call back to make an appointment. It says you will receive a call back within 2 days. I left my dob and pertinent info just like the recording said. I never received a call back. I called again on the third day and left another message. This time they did call me back. She asked what I needed to be seen for. I said ear drainage. She said their protocol was to do hearing tests on ear appointments. She said I would probably not need one since my ear was actively draining. I told her I work with an audiologist, and if they wanted me to get a hearing test I would do that at my employer and bring it in. I did not want an unnecessary audiogram to delay me getting in for an appointment, or waste time on the audiologists schedule that could be better used for someone else. I was trying to be considerate of their schedules. She said clear as a bell so I would hear it, "not today" like I was irritating her. She was implying “I’m not dealing with this person today”. I disconnected my call after stating I would go elsewhere. She called back and did apologize on my voicemail which I appreciate."

"I called to schedule an appointment and after asking what the address is the receptionist answered its in your my mercy account. I would like to know who to complain about her too cuz she needs to be fired. What was wrong with her giving me the address after I politely asked for it?"

"My test results were available to me 3 days ago. I have called 3 days in a row to talk to my Dr and I have still yet to receive a call back. Dr Packer is my Dr. I am having my medical records transferred to another ENT. I am done begging for answers to my questions."
