"This is a wonderful community. I absolutely loved working here. The residents truly make this place great. Wonderful employees. The only downfall is management. The housekeeping supervisor is an awful person. She talks about employees and residents and tells there business, doesn’t have a good plan to make things run smoothly, don’t really know what she’s doing . No one likes her but they keep her around and unfortunately loose good employees because of her. I hope they will see her faults and address the issues within that department"

"My mother has lived here for over a decade having moved in when my father lost his eyesight and could no longer drive. They both loved the strong sense of faith and community they found here. They made many, many friends. After my father passed away several years later, it was a blessing to have mom at Meramec Bluffs surrounded by those established friends. She feels very safe and secure there, loves the food, and has plenty of activities to join in should she choose to do so. It's really a beautiful campus too and the staff is superb. I've never encountered anyone who isn't caring and helpful."

"We had such a great experience at Meramec Bluffs. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. My 102-year-old mom was living at home with a lot of in-home care, and we hoped we would be able to keep that up. Unfortunately, she had a fall and had to be taken to the hospital. We had to scramble to find a nursing home that would take my mom, most were full to capacity. Meramec Bluffs made room for her. While she was there, she was treated so kindly, compassionately and respectfully, and we were very happy with the level of care she received. Our family was also treated with the same regard. The staff went out of their way for us on several occasions. The facility itself it beautiful! It is clean and very well maintained, and we felt very good about leaving my mom's care in their hands. I do not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a home for their loved one. If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Thank you Meramec Bluffs!!!"
