"After awhile a worker asked if I needed help & I can barely see so I said, yes, please! Then she stood there & did nothing, I asked 3 basic questions. She had no idea of the answers. Wasn't familiar with anything. went to register & the 2 employees kept talking instead of checking me out. I bought $36 worth. It took a good 5 minutes for them to finish my transaction because she kept stopping & talking to other girl. Even when she just had to hand me the change, she stopped to talk. And nothing they spoke about sounded like it mattered or needed to be said. I like Sally's & I found everything alone with my magnifying glass, but some consideration at the register would've been nice. This was on Sunday 2/18 around 2pm at the Metcalf location. They were both rude & not helpful in any way."

"Met two of the nicest employees the other day. Helped answer questions and even offered to show a picture of what her hair looked like with the dye I was getting. Didn’t catch a name but I’m glad this Sally’s is still open and great people work there"

"I probably won't be going back to this location. I walked in and asked to be pointed in the direction of the toners, specially blue. She just went on and on about how my hair wasn't light enough to use a toner. She did not know what I was doing with my hair and didn't ask. (I'm not going blonde, I'm going blue) I told her I would just browse and see if I could find what I was looking for since it was clear she wasn't going to help me.. she just stood there staring at me for about a minute. It was very off putting to me because she wouldn't even help me because of the assumptions she made. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and have been for 15 years. Only stopped in to this location because I was in the area but I will stick to going to Shawnee or raymore where their customer service is better."

"Many times this store is not open at the times states hours of operation. For example; today hours are 10am as open but the store is closed and it is 10:30am. Unreliable location. Go to the Shawnee one, don’t waste time here."
