"The best nail salon in OP! I’ve been checking the reviews recently as I was waiting for one to pop up from Alicia since I was there during her visit and when she came back to have them fixed (no fault of the staff, her own fault). Before she left she asked if she could have a file to shorten her nails down a bit and Tracy offered to fix them for her instead of her fixing them herself and she insisted to purchase a nail file and fix them herself. I hadn’t even left my appointment yet when she called back saying she needed to come in and have them fixed, which was already offered to her before she left in the first place. Her nails were great she just wanted them shorter and that’s fine but have the professionals fix it for you before you mess them up yourself. Every person I’ve had here has been wonderful and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! The staff is friendly and accommodating and very good at what they do!"

Pro tip, book your appointment and show up on time!!!! Alicia is just your typical Johnson County Karen who you should disregard!!!"

"Would not recommend. Used to go here for 3 years and the old techs were better. The current techs make tons of mistakes and are careless and rude. Highly disappointed in my experiences with Ann. If you book, make sure to book with Shirley or Tracy (the owner)— but good luck, since they’re the only two good techs, they’re constantly booked. Respectfully, find a new nail place."

"I just stopped in town and needed a fill and got a tech that didn’t pay much attention to detail and was going to let me walk out with crooked nails if I didn’t say anything. I had to tell her to level out my nails several times and some of them are still a bit lopsided and now I’m looking closer the acrylic was unevenly applied. I won’t be back."
