"I had the worst experience. I had paid my service online, but they still charged me twice. The two ladies were unkind and nagging me about the payment. It was unnecessary and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place. Horrible customer care. Edit reply: Ma’am, you telling me that you are not responsible when in fact you are is unkind. I did not got scammed. I used ClassPass. If you don’t know how to use it, it is not my responsibility, but your business is on the App and someone accept the appointment and the payment. If there was a previous owner, that is a “you” problem you need to solve, not me. Again, for whoever is reading this. Safe yourself the trouble. Try Princess Nails on 135th, they accept ClassPass and are accountable for they own business. Better service, better costumer care."

"Never coming back - lots of miscommunication and really poor results. Here are what my nails look like after waiting for them to dry (15 min after topcoat) - they never did and eventually I had to use the restroom. Was there for well over an hour and 30 min- wanted dip but didn’t have time because of the miscommunication. This has happened before, and I’m done wasting my money here. I am so disappointed. I will have to pay someone else to do them again and won’t even be able to get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have 5 hours to get your nails done"

They always made sure customers are happy and even have a loyalty program. I’ve referred several friends here too!"
