At the end she told me I had to call back tomorrow because she couldn’t help me, and she had to hang up because she had someone in front of her. I didn’t get my question answered and I felt like she was finding reasons to hang up the phone."

"The main phone number doesn’t push you through, so I havent been able to get ahold of anyone. Been trying for about a month now, leaving voicemails under random directory numbers because that’s the only way it pushes me through. I don’t get it"

"I was presented this offices number by someone that works for the state. The woman that answered my phone call talked to me like I was stupid and kept insisting that I have the wrong number. Seems like they do not want to help anyone. She also came off as she didn't want to let me have the opportunity to talk to someone other than her. Was incredibly defensive from the moment she answered the phone and I presented my issue."
