"I’ll start with MONEY HUNGRY AND NEGLECTFUL I’ve struggled with mental health for half my life(over 10 years), this place is no different. MONEY DRIVEN. They only care about getting you to come back so they keep getting paid. I have yet to find a clinic/place that puts the patient first, I give 1 star and that’s me being “generous”. If you just want a “friend” someone to talk to and to be told go elsewhere for the help then this may be the place for you. Otherwise you’re going to get stuck paying the same bill twice, encouraged to see other treatment options (regardless of financial status they don’t care if you hurt for money as long as they get paid) make little to no progress over a years time, overall just be neglected and then they sugar coat the damage they’ve done to make you come back. It’s like professional grooming/gaslighting at its finest."

"I saw a psychiatrist here for 14 years. Absolutely phenomenal. My problem is with this office and receptionists. He left and referred me to his nurse. I called Mental Health Partners to get an appointment to continue my medications while I looked for a new doctor. Now to preface, I have had problems with this office & receptionists before with being unprofessional and lying about availability. I stuck with them for my doctor. Recently, I called to schedule an appointment with his nurse for temporary continuation with prescriptions. The receptionists told me the nurse wasn’t taking new patients. I thought this weird but continued to ask for any recommendations and help to get my medications prescribed. The receptionist said she was too busy and that she needed to take another call. I was left stranded and in complete tears out of desperation. Do not go to these people. The receptionists are unreliable and cruel. They say they speak for the doctors but I’ve been told personally, they handle things wrongly and cause harm to the patients. Unfortunately there may be good doctors and nurses with MHP but the receptionists destroy that relationship before it’s even established. No one deserves the belittlement they are put through to see a doctor. They should be shut down on negligence alone."
