"Cataract Surgeries...post op visits... I had cataract surgeries - both eyes - September & October 2023. Each eye required 3 post visits. My experience with Dr. Jessica Nichols was very positive. (FYI: results of my surgeries completely restored my vision!) FEC conducted thorough post op exams each and every time I was there. I was surprised and delighted at just how complete the exams were. Very reassuring. Each visit I was run through a battery of tests with their technician before going in for my exam with Dr. Nichols. Dr. Nichols is a very professional, kind person -- extremely knowledgeable. I've been a patient at FEC for several years. They're the best!!"

"I came in to look for new glasses and I was greeted and directed to another person. She was kind and friendly. She gathered my information and I proceeded to look at frames. After a while, I felt forgotten or ignored or not worthy on their time. I didn’t feel a comfortable vibe. There was a lot of small quiet conversations within the staff. I remember making eye contact with another person picking out glasses and we both felt the unease. I finally had enough and just said “I’ll come back” and I just got “ok, stop in anytime” so disappointed because I was referred by many and wish I had same experience they did. I guess I would say, if you think no one can hear you talking about someone, well someone can."
