"This is one of the worst warmlines I have ever spoken to. Long wait time for a responder to answer your call. The counselors aren’t trained properly. A responder named Cameron has been extremely rude and disrespectful everytime I call, not compassionate what so ever. Please fire this guy. Disgusted by him and not pleased after my phone call. Gives advice even though that’s not what trained counselors are supposed to do. Disgusted by this warmline and this service. Never using this warmline again."

"This has got to be the worst place to call for assistance. If you want assistance and there is no volunteer available, they tell you to call back in a few minutes or leave a message and they will call tomorrow. The people they have on the phone are not well trained. And they don't understand the possibility that you may not be black or white and ask you to spell every answer, even something as simple as Portland or Asian."
