"I would highly recommend that the LGBTQIA+ community stay away from this center! I had a terrible experience this week going in for imaging. They need to have D.E.I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) training along with being trauma informed. The staff was consistently misgendering my advocate, even after being informed, and told me that it was their standard procedure to not allow patient advocates to accompany the patient. This led me to have a panic attack. While in the throes of the panic attack someone on staff came in and was trying to get me back to the back for my imaging. The lack of training and compassion of the staff was appalling to me. The rest of the appointment I was passed along and treated like a number and not an individual. I do not feel like I was listened to at all at this center, evidenced by incorrect information notated in my chart. The only thing I can commend is the mammography tech was thorough in her explanations and instructions while the imaging was taking place. That being said, I was never informed as to why the Manager of the office was in on my imaging procedure. I was just exposed during the process to the office worker. My interaction at this center further compounded my medical trauma and I will not be going back."

"Outstanding! I had an appointment for another reason other than a mammogram but I was also able to get the mammogram during that visit. I don’t recall from my previous mammograms but they have a radiologist on site that was able to read both scans and give me the results in person. I was so very thankful for that! (All good results!). Thank you so very much!"

"Clean, professional, fast results and excellent staff! I wish they would bill you for the radiologist fee at the same time you pay for the imaging instead of sending out a separate bill. Great facility highly recommend!"
