"Today, I checked in for my hepatology appointment only for the MA to tell me that I can’t do Telehealth since I reside in Arkansas. My original follow-up appointment was scheduled a year ago. Then it was rescheduled to an APRN because doc was out of office. It was rescheduled AGAIN because of my MRI appointment date. I also have to wait for a scheduler to call me to reschedule my appointment for an in-person visit. Now I have an expensive MRI bill that has yet to be officially resulted by a provider. All of this could’ve been avoided at my initial new patient visit. This clinic has truly let me down. I will consider transferring to another provider. I do not recommend this clinic if you’re looking for exceptional care. Update: The scheduler did not contact me today like I was told. Poor communication and customer service. In the process of transferring to a better Hepatology clinic."
