"I love my doctor but the message system SUCKS! You have to call before 3 pm in order to hopefully have you question answered and if you are having an allergic reaction it might be 3 days before someone calls you back. Me personally I have had issues with one nurse in particular we just don't seem to mesh and she has terrible people skills and no empathy. Most recent experience I called in a refill last Wednesday well it is now the following Wednesday and I have been out of meds for 3 days now. I called 2 days ago again after trying to just submit a refill through my pharmacy and left specifically which new pharmacy I wanted the meds filled and they sent the script to the other pharmacy. I just moved so going there is not an option. Not very pleased with the service this place offers. If I didn't like my doctor so much I would be finding another place."
"I wish I could give this Physicians office 0 stars. My husband went in sometime in April for an allergy shot. A nurse administered the shot and said it wears off over time. A couple months later my husband called and made an appointment for "another allergy shot." He was scheduled, he took off work, he went to the office and was told he could not have another shot as they only offer this every 3 months. This was not told to us when my husband got the first shot nor when he scheduled the appointment. The doctor comes in and "Advises" him to take a coctail of OTC drugs. Joe of course has already used the OTC drugs to no avail. The doctor also offered to refer him to an allergist. Well, we don't need doctors orders to get OTC meds OR to go to an allergist. We were billed $118 for this useless appointment. I called a total of 7 times between 5/25 and 7/18 before I finally received an answer that no, they will not make any changes to the bill despite a scheduling error. I was never allowed to speak with the decision maker. Apart from all of this. Its impossible to get ahold of anyone there (including the receptionist) without being asked to hold for upwards of 3 minutes and the front office is very dingy."
