"Staff was friendly. However after having my contact order miss shipped I cannot recommend. The written prescript I was given has one of my sides a + instead of a - so getting a mail fill ordered is now out and it's a big deal to me as I am FWD deployed without an optometrist to get a new scrip. I would call it a waste of 500$ for contacts and now a waisted visit all together. Update I did get contacted by the Staff and everything is now corrected the staff is friendly and went out of their way to correct. Bumping to 3. Its great to see a customer service care to correct.
