"I would give no stars if I can. I had my nephew teeth filling done there, he complained that the filling is caving and he get food stuck, I called and they ask me to bring him and I had to pay again. This week went to swope Park dental for checkup, I did not say anything about the issue to find out that all the filling that are done by partnership clinic are not good and we have to do them again wasted my money. now I have to pay again for the same one. Same happened to my daughter when I complimented to her she said the same happen to her. The front desk people are rude, any time you walkin they are cranky and unhappy.the place give you a bad vip, and you feel worse by the time you leave. Go to Paola they are friendly and sweet.and you don't need to know Spanish to get treated better."
"Trying to get medical records sent from this organization to another is a hassle. I've already signed one form, in person, to release my records to another health system, they've had months to do this, but according to my current PCP they've gotten nothing. Now I'm on week two of calling medical records, leaving voicemails because they never pick up their phone. This is delaying my care, as my doctor needs these records before they're authorized to prescribe me a particular medicine. Even after leaving this place they find ways to inconvenience you. While I was there the nurses and doctors were fantastic, but the front desk side of things continues to leave much to be desired."
"FRONT-DESK IS RUDE! Go somewhere else! People need to know that no matter where you’re at in life you don’t need to be treated bad at a Doctors office. Look at the other reviews below same thing, they are not fixing it or changing anything when it comes to service. Don’t care how good doctors are front desk is a representation of what a clinic stands for! Jorge, Mindy, Jessica or Jessie, and some other lady they did not want to give me their last name cause apparently they don’t give out last names here neither do they have head nurses here or managers or supervisors. But yet they have ALL my information. Jessica or Jessie gave me a wrong number to call also. Went back in to show them they gave me the wrong number. They just stood there. I have a lump on my breast and have been sick. I went in the first time to let them know something is wrong with me and told them the pain I had in my breast. They didn’t even check it they set up another appointment for me to be looked at and just did blood work. Why not check whenever I came in for that appointment I do not know. But I had to wait another couple weeks to get into this one. I came to this clinic at the recommendation of my caretaker cause it was close to my home. I have called this place to make appointments they give you one on months out no matter how sick you are. My son is sick so I had some issues at home this morning, I tried calling to let them know I’ll be 15 minutes late. No one answered the phone and kept me on hold till I arrived. I hung up and went in. I arrived and immediately was told I was a no show. They said I should have called, I told them they didn’t answer the phone. Jorge proceeded to say yeah we had alot of calls this morning. Well how can I call in if you don’t answer the phone? It went from there, is there anything you can do for me? Yeah move you till 10am or another day. I only had permission from my job till 10am. It was 8:30 am. Can I speak to someone? No there is no one. No one? Not a supervisor head nurse, somebody I can work with? No only us, they are all with patients. Visits are only 15 minutes anyway. I got frustrated cause I never heard of a professional establishment as a doctors office have nobody to talk to in higher position? This clinic is for the minimal service if you want to go here. They target low budget families who don’t have no else to go financially. I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to give last names cause they are illegal immigrants working there or don’t have licenses to work there. Customer service is non existent here. Go somewhere else the place doesn’t look sanitary. I pray I’m healthy in my breast but if I’m not I will sue this place"
"Went for a physical and was charged for a regular office visit and can’t get a single person in the office to answer a phone and when you do they won’t help but tell you to wait. It was the least comprehensive physical I have ever gotten and the worst billing department I’ve ever seen. Do not recommend!!!"
"Purely a Spanish affair.. called the day before 1/9/22 at 11:47 am and the call lasted for 2m 3 secs. The lady told me to be on site at 7am no calls needed. I pulled up at 6:45 before the staff arrived. The lady who came had an attitude I went in, and I was able to walk in on another in the paediatric section ignoring calls. She pretended to answer mine. Then told me there were others in line. She instructed me to make an apt over the phone who I made an hour long unsuccessful attempts.when she picked up, at 7:38 am, she hang up immediately she heard that I was speaking in English. Luckily I had two phones with me, I called and chose the Spanish option and she answered almost right away. Only to tell me that the appts for the day were all filled. So much for wasting my time sleep and energy. Make sure you have a Spanish interpreter if you have to be served that way they can get you through or put in a good word for you at the very least.."
