"The front of office staff, manager Jullian and Doctors are excellent. We had an issue with my Son’s glasses and they went out of their way to fix them for free. If you are looking for a place that cares about your family I highly recommend this place."

"My children had an appointment at Ridgeview Eye… I sent them with their step father after checking to be sure this was okay. They said he would have to sign a hippa agreement, which was fine. They took the children back without him. I have no info what went on during that appointment. They charge a fee of $29.00 for each child for the exam because they chose to use a machine to get a front and back view of the eye. Usually my children’s insurance covers the appointment. I did not inform me that this was optional and I also was not given any information about their appointment from the Optometrist, nothing was mentioned to their step father. I call back to ask details about their appointment, I was handle with Optometrist saying everything was fine. I will be filing a complaint. I am sure if I were someone else, we would not have been treated that way!"

"Awesome staff, very competent and concerned about providing me the best optical service and result possible. Julian is a real leader and is surrounded by wonderful staff. Julian helped me pick out a great pair of frames and saw to it that the resulting glasses met my expectation and concerns. He also set me up (no advance notice) with an expert doctor and tech (Cassie) to respond to specific questions I had about Scleral lenses. They were both extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, as was everyone else I encountered in my visits to the store. I highly recommend Ridgeview Eye Care for your optical needs."

"I’ve been going here a few years and have always gotten a thorough eye and vision checkup. Dr Henderson is efficient, explains things well and answers questions thoroughly. I have been getting contacts and eye glasses through less expensive outlets since I don’t have vision coverage, but decided to try working with Ridgeview since I wasn’t all that happy with the quality of recent eyeglass purchases. I worked with Julian and he did a great job; he looked for ways to keep the cost down. I highly recommended!"
