"While I appreciate the help we received, this place has absolutely no business being listed as an "urgent care" facility. It showed up as a result in my search when I needed emergency assistance for my child who was suffering from an allergic reaction. There is nothing urgent about this place whatsoever. They didn't even end up administering any medication to help him. They gave me a Rx I had to go pick up. So again, I appreciate the help, but this was a complete waste of time. I hate to think what might have happened if my child's situation were any worse."

"After making an appointment online we drove 45 minutes to this location only to be told that they couldn't help us at all -- they claimed they called, but we have no record of that. On top of this colossal waste of time the admitting nurse acted like our presence was an inconvenience. Yet another great Advent story."
"Everyone was nice and I received good care. Brianna, who checks patients in, impressed me. A man came out of the exam area on crutches. Not only did she hold the outside door open for him, but she watched him until he was at his vehicle. The parking lot was snowy and wet and he could have slipped easy. I thought that was nice of her."
"The care was excellent. I got helpful medicine in my body right away and sound instruction for what to do if symptoms worsen. My only critique is that the thermostat had a clock that was one hour ahead in exam room 5. If it's possible to change this it would be helpful for timing medicine intake."
