"This office is unprofessional and barely functional. My sister had a Covid test done. A simple nose swab. The office miscoded it in such a way that her insurance did not cover it. She was charge $800. The office claimed they would do something to fix it. Nothing was ever done. Despicable on more levels than this."

"I went in for a sinus infection this February. I asked for a strep test and the doctor said I had to get a covid test too. I tested negative. A month later I was sent a bill for 770 dollars. I reached out to the doctor and was told not to worry and it was excessive and they would look into it. They didn’t. I had to contact again and they reassured me that they would again look into it. I’ve now called 5 days in a row to get answers. Had to call the nurses line just to speak to someone. Now they said I have to figure it out myself. I’m a single mother that pays a lot for health insurance and they’re providing no financial responsibility for this."

"I really like this doctor's office. I was just dropped from my parents insurance and won't be covered until Novemeber through my jobs insurance. I am type1 diabetic and could not afford my insulin seeing it was 1300.00 for a month supply. Debbie M.D. did not hesitate to give me a few samples and a meter to make sure I could make it this next month. They were very thoughtful and I couldn't thank them enough. The nurses are great too very nice and helpful. Thanks again."
