"I updated my review because they did make the effort to have me seen once i finally was able to speak to them, and when I saw the provider I felt seen. She addressed issues with me and explained results and what this means and next steps. She didn't give excuses, she didn't tell me what she couldn't do, she spoke to me like a human whos well being mattered. Had two test done, been awaiting someone to call me to discuss results of one of them because my issues are increasing. I've been trying to get a hold of someone in that office to discuss these issues for two weeks now. Haven't heard anything, but their billing department called me today over a 26 dollar debt that they will send me to collections over. Tried to call the office and just ask her what can i do i need my results. They are indifferent. This truly made me feel like my health does not matter to the provider"
"I Fainted a little over three months ago. Along with a couple cardiology tests, my cardiologist wanted me to have a neurological exam here. I called to make the appointment since they didn't call me as they were instructed on the referral. I was told it would be three months until I could be seen. I made the appointment for July 27. I received a call today telling me the doctor will not be in that day and to reschedule, Well, now the earliest appointment is the last week of October. Ridiculous!! I told them I will find another neurologist. Hope you never need anything from them in a short period of time."
"I went to the doctor here and I had shown up a day early and the receptionist was trying to squeeze me in the schedule so I wouldn't have to come back and normally I would have been embarrassed but she laughed an told me " don't worry bout it we used to our patients being. A little confused" I thought the doctor. would rush me threw but she answered all my questions and explained what procedures an very friendly and thorough"
