"Absolutely love Dr. Lan she could not be more understanding and helpful. The receptionists on the other hand… I had a zoom appointment scheduled, I never got a link to the zoom so I called. I got told I called and changed my appointment the day prior. After explaining I didn’t change my appointment and why I wouldn’t have changed it, I got told “Well obviously you changed your appointment and were late to your appointment you scheduled.” with a huge amount of disrespect. I now have no medication and have to wait two weeks to be seen."
