"My wife goes here for her medical needs and she is disabled. I am forced to come to all of her appointments because there is never any handicap parking, ever. I sit out in the parking lot waiting for her watching seniors drive around looking for parking of which there is none. It seems that all the disabled employees take all the spots and leave the people who are paying their salaries to park even in an adjoining parking lot. It’s sad. I wouldn’t bring one of my pets to this place. You should be ashamed."

"Tried to call and set an appointment for new patients and she just sat quietly on the phone. When she did speak she was worried more about whether I had figured out if my isurance covered it. It does but she was rude and condescending. So I won't be going through Olathe family Heath."

"I see Dr Lu here and can't say enough good things about him. I have only visited him a couple times but he is the most attentive and responsible doctor I have ever talked to in a long time. He has the best bedside manner and is very kind and explains everything what is going on and what can our next steps be. He never rushes appointment and actually cares about wellbeing of his patients. The front desk staff is also very nice and helpful in all situations. The lab technicians is awesome too, I didn't even feel a pinch when I had my blood drawn. The nurse Zia is also very nice and kind and also has excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend this facility."

"I have been with Olathe Health for several years now and the staff at the front desk are always smiling, they are caring and professional. In addition, I see Mary Bowman, AVPRN; I cannot express how wonderful she has been for me and my son. She has excellent bedside manners, she listens and is caring. If I call or send a message, she responds to my question(s) same day. I have been through a lot in the past several years, and she was fully involved and referred me to some of the best doctors. To add, her current nurse and those before her all carry the same care and concern. I have changed insurance companies 3 times over the past several years, but if Olathe Health Family Medicine Blackfoot and Mary Bowman are NOT an option, I do not choose that particular plan. Again, I highly recommend this office and Mary Bowman. Thank you!"
