"I've been seeing Dr. Taylor for over a year now, and I have to say she's an amazing healthcare professional. She really cares about her patients and always goes above and beyond to make sure we're doing well. I feel like every visit is personalized, and she takes the time to understand me and my needs. The staff at her office is fantastic too - they're always friendly and respectful, and they're really accommodating. Even when I've been late, they've managed to fit me in without any problems. One thing that really stands out about Dr. Taylor is that she doesn't charge for missed appointments. It shows that she's not just in it for the money - she really cares about her patients. She creates a great atmosphere in her practice, and it feels like a family. She's not just focused on treating symptoms - she's interested in our overall wellness and happiness. I'm really grateful to have her as my healthcare provider, and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who really cares. only understands medicine but also understands people."
"I was a patient of Dr Taylor for 22 yrs. She was wonderful for the first 20 yrs, then things really declined.. Her office staff began to change quite frequently. Her long time office manager just disappeared, no one gave any explanation There were new people all the time. Dr Taylor seemed less interested. I called to make an appointment one day, the receptionist told me that I was no longer a patient of Dr Taylor’s. I asked why, but was told nothing, just not to return. I never received any formal letter or explanation. I asked Medicare to investigate, they said Dr Taylor was very rude and angry with them and she would not give an explanation. Something unusual was definitely going on in her office ."
"I was a patient approx 10 yrs. Their billing person ran off in the middle of covid. I was billed 3yrs late. I ask everytime I go how much I owe. I was always told nothing else but my co payment. I too received a letter dismissing me. It was a terrible blow in the face. It's not my fault their billing was messed up. I was in the middle of filing a claim with Humana when I received my letter. I also have a mental illness and I don't understand any of this rude behavior. I thought I had a good Dr. but apparently did not. I would not recommend her to anyone. It's not proper to dismiss patients like this."
"For the first years Marsha Taylor seemed concerned and attentive to my Mother's health and now the past 2 visits it was more about prescribing unnecessary pills which we were unaware of until they showed up in the mail - which we threw away - and prescribed help assistance without our knowledge a women showed up to my Mother's senior living facility apartment stating she was there to assist her needs - which My Mom didn't need as she can dress, eat, shower, drive without someone's help at her independent living place - not to mention I am close by if anything needs taken care of which Taylor was aware - So we are changing to a different Primary care doctor."
"I saw her as a patient for close to 10 years as well as my family members have seen her. Then without any notice, I was dismissed from her care via letter.. When I called to find out if it was an error, I was told it was because I owed $40 from my previous visit the month before and hadn’t paid it yet. I requested to have Dr. Taylor review once again because it seemed very extreme and made payment for the $40 at the same time. I called back to be told that the dismissal stands. I would not recommend her to anyone who is so uncaring. And I absolutely swear, I have never been behind on payments or missed appointments of any kind. This is now putting my care at risk until I can find a new PCP."
