"Our family contacted Access Hospice, at the direction of Grace Hospice in Tulsa, OK. We contacted Access to care for my father, who was a complex care case. I reached out on Friday afternoon and spoke with their Director of Nursing (DON), Amy. We received input and suggestions not offered by other entities. An assessment was scheduled for my father later that evening. The coordination of care could not have been more perfect. The RN dispatched, Misty, not only had professional experience in my father’s area of need, but personal experience as well. This match instilled confidence with my parents, almost immediately.
