"I am terribly disappointed with the lack of service. The doctor was great but I need a new contact prescription. Although they are willing to order you trials, to make sure they get the right ones, they are slow to do so. I have run out of my supply of contacts, and I have no current prescription, while I am still waiting for the lens to arrive. I have worn contacts for almost 40 years and have never received such slow service! They charged me to mail the contacts because they "pay to track" the shipment. When the contacts did not arrive, I tried to obtain the tracking number from them which they can't locate and don't return telephone calls! Shame on the staff!!!!"
